The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the built-up roof (BUR) on the stepped roof of the Ryan Park Activity Building, approximately 2,200 square feet. The project includes reframing a 4-foot overhang damaged by wood rot, replacing the soffit vent, re-stuccoing the soffit, and painting.
