The Town of Lunenburg is seeking proposals for a surplus land analysis project. The selected proponent will review pre-identified Town owned properties to determine their suitability for designation as surplus property and feasibility for affordable housing development. The review will consider the Town's Land Divestiture Policy, Municipal Planning Strategy, site access and servicing, heritage value, and financial viability. The proponent will score the properties, provide an evaluation matrix, and recommend one property for surplus designation. A presentation to the Town Council is required by October 10, 2026.
