The City of Fredericton is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of new, not previously used one ton trucks in multiple configurations. - Government Buyer: - City of Fredericton, Fleet Services Division - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; suppliers must be manufacturers, factory branches, or authorized dealers with full parts and service support within 24 hours - Products/Services Requested: - Five packages of one ton trucks, each with specific cab and chassis configurations: - Package 1: 1 Regular Cab and Chassis Truck - Package 2: 2 Regular Cab and Chassis Trucks - Package 3: 1 Extended Cab and Chassis Truck - Package 4: 2 Crew Cab and Chassis Trucks - Package 5: 1 Crew Cab and Chassis Truck - Additional line items for each package: - Tire levies (6 or 12 per package, depending on truck quantity) - License plates with permanent stickers (1 or 2 per package) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All vehicles must be new and not previously used - Suppliers must maintain a full stock of parts and service, available within 24 hours - Warranties must be dated the month of delivery - Proposals may be submitted for any or all packages; awards will be made by package - The City reserves the right to purchase additional vehicles from awarded suppliers for up to two years after the RFP closing, subject to budget and mutually agreed price adjustments - Evaluation criteria include technical specifications, warranty, supplier qualifications, references, and financial proposal

The City of Fredericton is requesting proposals for the supply and delivery of new, not previously used one ton trucks.
