Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announces 90-day findings on 10 petitions to add species to the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants under the Endangered Species Act. The Service finds that petitions to list seven species may be warranted and is initiating status reviews for these species. The species under review include the Cascade red fox, diamondback terrapin, Goose Lake lamprey, Goose Lake sucker, Goose Lake tui chub, loopy five firefly, and plains spotted skunk. The Service requests scientific and commercial data to inform the status reviews and will issue 12-month findings based on these reviews.
