The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking suppliers for aluminum sheet metal to support operations at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division - Contracting Officer: Emilie Madden - Products Requested: - 60 sheets of aluminum metal (Aluminum Alloy-5052, Temper-H32) - Dimensions: .190 inches thick, 48 inches wide, 96 inches long - Mill finish, 85.05 lb per sheet, 32 sq ft per sheet - No paper dividers; intended for use with Amada machine - Maximum shipment height (including pallet): 9 inches - Quality and Delivery Requirements: - Strict quality assurance and inspection at destination (Puget Sound Naval Shipyard) - Specific packaging and marking requirements, including palletization and height restrictions - Compliance with federal acquisition regulations and small business set-aside programs - NIST SP 800-171 compliance required for non-COTS items - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; the aluminum must meet the detailed alloy and temper specifications

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
