SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Follow-On Repair & Renovation (R&R) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Magnitude: Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 Set‑Aside: 100% Small Business NAICS: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard: $45M)

1. DESCRIPTION

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research and planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Hood, Texas, is seeking to identify qualified Small Business firms capable of supporting the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) through a proposed Follow-On Repair & Renovation (R&R) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a magnitude between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This requirement will support recurring and non-recurring repair and renovation needs for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) across Fort Hood.

2. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT INFORMATION

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Acquisition Strategy: 100% Small Business Set‑Aside NAICS Code: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: $45M

3. SCOPE OF WORK

The anticipated Follow-On R&R MATOC will provide a full range of construction services in support of DPW facility sustainment and modernization requirements. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Interior and exterior building repairs Drywall replacement, patching Flooring replacement (carpet, VCT, epoxy) Painting and finishes Fire Protection System upgrades HVAC replacement and mechanical system upgrades Electrical system upgrades to include panel upgrades and rewiring Plumbing repairs, to include replacements, fixture upgrades Roofing replacement and repair Structural modifications Life‑safety and code‑compliance improvements Force protection and security enhancements Commissioning of renovated systems Testing and Inspection Hazard material abatement Environmental remediation Security system installation Communications/IT cabling upgrades Specialized coatings, sealants, waterproofing General facility repairs and renovation tasks

Task Orders may vary significantly in size and complexity and may require rapid response capability to meet mission‑critical requirements on an active military installation.

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
