Education Service Center Region 13 is seeking to establish contracts with qualified vendors to provide Safety & Security Audits & Consulting Services that may be procured by ESC Region 13 Purchasing Cooperative Members. This Request for Proposals is a request for a discount off catalog or price list for 3-year Audit/EOP Preparation, & Consulting Services including but not limited to corrective action development and continuous monitoring processes. Awards made under this solicitation may be utilized by eligible public entities in Texas, as permitted by their local procurement laws and policies. Participation is voluntary and at the discretion of each Cooperative Member.
