Description

Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids for Job Order Contracts (JOC) Numbers 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, & 161 for construction services. The contracts are firm fixed-price indefinite quantity contracts for repair, remodeling, refurbishment, alteration, and other construction tasks at various locations throughout Los Angeles County. The contracts will last for one year or until the maximum contract value of $6,402,606.00 is expended, whichever occurs first, and may be extended if work orders are issued prior to expiration. Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC contract number and comply with insurance, bonding, licensing, and registration requirements.
