Description
Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids for Job Order Contracts (JOC) Numbers 153, 154, & 155 for construction services related to CDBG Projects. The contracts will last for one year or until the maximum contract value of $6,402,606.00 is expended, whichever occurs first, with possible extensions if work orders are issued prior to expiration. The work involves detailed repair, remodeling, refurbishment, and other construction tasks with established unit prices, set forth in individual Work Orders referencing the Detailed Scope of Work. Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC Contract number and comply with various regulatory and insurance requirements.
