Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids for Job Order Contracts (JOC) Numbers 150, 151, & 152 for construction services. The contracts will be for one year or until the maximum contract value of $6,402,606.00 is expended, whichever occurs first, with possible extensions if work orders are issued before expiration. The work includes repair, remodeling, refurbishment, alteration, and other construction tasks at various locations throughout Los Angeles County, ordered via Work Orders referencing detailed Scope of Work.
