Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids for Housing Management Job Order Contracts (JOC) Numbers 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, & 149 under IFB Number LACDA26-042. The contracts are for construction services including repair, remodeling, refurbishment, and construction tasks with established unit prices. The term of the contracts is one year or a maximum value of $6,402,606.00, whichever occurs first, with possible extensions if work orders are issued prior to expiration.
