Description

The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Aircraft Section, is soliciting bids for maintenance providers on DPS aircraft avionics. The work will primarily be performed in Anchorage, Alaska, with statewide travel excluding Fairbanks for off-site or emergency maintenance. DPS operates various fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft supporting wildlife enforcement, search and rescue, and law enforcement missions. The primary maintenance and logistics headquarters is at Lake Hood Airport in Anchorage, with a secondary facility at Fairbanks International Airport.
