Description

SEPTA is soliciting sealed bids through its Electronic Procurement System (ePS) for the procurement of direct fixation rail fasteners. Bids must be submitted electronically by July 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The solicitation requires compliance with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, and disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids. All inquiries must be submitted in writing by July 16, 2026, and any changes to the contract documents will be issued via written addenda.
