Description
This solicitation is for professional services to design and support the construction of a new plantwide emergency standby generator system at the East Bay Municipal Utility District's Main Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes installation of two new medium voltage emergency standby generators, load banks, on-site diesel fuel storage, protection barriers, and spill containment. The consultant will provide multidisciplinary design services including electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation and controls, and environmental/air permitting. The scope also includes coordination for permits related to CEQA and the Bay Area Air District, bid period support, and engineering services during construction.
