This solicitation is for the provision of IT hardware, specifically communication hardware devices, software, and associated accessories to support the IT Coalition Project and NATO Nations requirements. The procurement is structured into three bundles covering Unified Communications (GrandStream Networks products), Radio and Wireless Communications (MikroTik products), and Network Communications (Ubiquiti Networks products). The contract is an Outline Agreement for a 3-year period with potential extensions, allowing call-off purchase orders on a need basis. Delivery is to NSPA main sites, with the end user based in Ukraine.
