Description
The Joplin HOME Consortium is soliciting proposals for HOME-ARP funded rental housing construction and associated supportive services aimed at reducing homelessness and increasing housing stability for Qualifying Populations (QP). Projects must comply with HUD HOME-ARP requirements and the Consortium's approved HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. Funding is available for rental housing construction, operating cost assistance, and supportive services. Eligible applicants include non-profits and for-profit developers, with a maximum developer fee of 10% of total project cost. Proposals must be submitted by August 28, 2026, to the Planning, Zoning and Neighborhood Services Department at Joplin City Hall.
