Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits contractors to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for the complete construction, demolition, structural timber repair, and full replacement of the roof system at Building 44 at Joint Forces Training Base. The prime contractor must possess a type B - General Building Contractor and/or a C-39 - Roofing Contractor license, and also a C-22 - Asbestos Abatement Contractor license or subcontract with a licensed C-22 contractor. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled, and all questions must be submitted by the specified deadline. The bid opening will be held on August 31, 2026.
