Description

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilitizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Fluid-Aire Dynamics (CAGE: 56XZ2 / UEI: CMK9UQ3C9YA7) for the procurement of Part Number T27009 for heat exchanger installation kit. Fluid-Aire Dynamics is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and the only authorized provider of parts and services related to the heat exchanger installation kit identified as part number T27009. The required heat exchange installation materials are proprietary to Fluid-Aire Dynamics, no third-party companies are authorized or certified to distribute or service equipment manufactured by Fluid-Aire Dynamics.

The notice of intent is for information purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for a proposal, request for quote or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convicing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement asoutlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affimative response. If no responses are received to this notice, to the effect that comparable items are not available, and that this is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
