Description

The owner of the historic Lehman Block Building is soliciting proposals from New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and/or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOBs) to complete the restoration of the building's historic storefront. This restoration is part of a larger rehabilitation project funded through the NY Forward Program, Empire State Development grant.
