Description

This solicitation is for the renovation of the two main public entrances at Elmhurst Hospital. The project includes demolition of existing vestibules and replacement with new structural steel and glass entry structures, renovated lobby interiors with new waiting areas, information and security desks, a coffee kiosk, and a serenity room. The scope also covers asbestos abatement, site and utility work, curtain wall and rainscreen cladding, terrazzo and millwork finishes, and associated MEP work including snowmelt and storm drainage.
