Description

The Cortland County Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Mechanical and Plumbing Repair, Maintenance, Installation, Replacement and Emergency Response Services for County-owned facilities and infrastructure. The selected contractor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services. All RFP submissions must be received at the Cortland County Department of Public Works no later than August 13, 2026 at 2:00pm, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
