This solicitation is for the construction of new Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, including selective demolition and interior fit-out. The work involves building secure patient housing, dormitories, medical and behavioral-health rooms, staff stations, offices, visitation areas, and support spaces on the 9th and 10th floors.
