Description
The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured multi-family property management firms to establish a pool of pre-approved third-party property managers for future, as-needed assignments. The pool will consist of approximately three to four firms that may be considered for property-specific management assignments including affordable, mixed-income, market-rate, LIHTC, PBV, HOME, supportive housing, senior, family, lease-up, rehabilitation, interim-management, and compliance-support work. Selection for the pool does not guarantee any particular assignment or payment. The solicitation includes a detailed scope of services, performance standards, and evaluation criteria.
