Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks law firms to provide legal services to assist the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Utah in evaluating and pursuing litigation related to Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and others involved in the manufacture, marketing, distribution, dispensing, and sale of opioids. The contract will continue until the conclusion of litigation, including all appeals, or until the OAG decides not to pursue litigation further. The successful offeror may be asked to file multiple cases in federal or state venues. The RFP is issued in accordance with Utah procurement laws and includes requirements for cost and technical proposals.
