Hayes Repair Services in Seattle, WA.Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Research Vessel S.P. Hayes Repair Services in Seattle, WA, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance is date of award through 30 days’ work must be completed within 2 weeks after vessel arrival to vendor’s location. A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award as a trade-off, single award, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. 3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES.
