This opportunity supports the Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD in advancing its mental health mobile app portfolio for Veterans. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, National Center for PTSD (NCPTSD), Dissemination and Training Division - OEMs and Vendors: - Vertical Design LLC (cloud solution framework, hosting, and integration) - Amazon Web Services (GovCloud hosting platform) - Products/Services Requested: - Design, development, and major updates for Mindfulness Coach 3.0 and PTSD Coach 4.2 mobile apps (iOS and Android) - Native app development in Flutter with custom native elements - Accessibility compliance (VoiceOver, TalkBack) - Integration with device features, internationalization, and research instrumentation - Hosting, maintenance, and support for the Vertical Design LLC cloud solution on Amazon GovCloud - Secure server infrastructure, push notifications, APIs, and data storage for research - Maintenance and expansion of secure web and command-line interfaces for data management and research - Ongoing mobile app coding, UI/graphic design, and data transmission framework maintenance (2,400 labor hours base, 3,736 optional) - Research enablement and instrumentation for up to 10 mobile apps (base and optional) - Optional professional services for app updates, graphic design, and backend changes (5,203 hours) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on accessibility, security, and research data collection - Integration of all apps into the Vertical Design LLC solution - Support for both iOS (iOS 27+) and Android (Android 17+) platforms - Secure data transmission and invitation code validation for research - Optional tasks for expanded maintenance, research enablement, and hosting

Description

The Contractor shall provide project management, continue to host, maintain, and support the Vertical Design developed solution, maintain the existing portfolio of mobile apps, and the continued integration of mobile apps with the solution.  This includes developing new and updating mobile apps and integrating them into the Vertical Design solution as part of the support services.
