The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has awarded a firm fixed price order from a GSA MAS contract as a result of Solicitation HM047626Q0023 for GEOINT Capability Development (GCD)3.  The acquisition is supported by the attached justification GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(iii) -- The order should be issued on a sole source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an FSS order already issued on a competitive basis.
