The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations. The project involves designing and administering the construction of a 9,094 sqft, 150 pupil place addition at Montague Public School, including classrooms, special education and service areas, sanitary system expansion, associated site works, and renovations to existing spaces. The contract duration is estimated to be 40 months, with design completion by November 30, 2026, construction starting July 1, 2027, and substantial completion by May 30, 2029.
