Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is soliciting proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct multi-unit residential housing at three locations: 3 Wing, CFB Bagotville; Montreal (Saint-Hubert); and CFB Valcartier, Quebec. Three contracts will be awarded using a modified design-build approach. The estimated contract values range from $88 million to $608 million depending on the location.
