Description

The Government of Canada is seeking submissions for Design Build Services to design and construct a new middle school facility in NE Calgary CityScape. The school will have a capacity of 1,225 students and approximately 10,540 m² of building area. The project will be delivered using a Design-Build procurement model, with the successful proponent responsible for complete design, coordination, and construction. The project is currently at the 30% Design Development stage, and shortlisted proponents will refine the design during the RFP stage. The estimated contract duration is 24 months starting from November 2, 2026.
