Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of a contractor to supply and install a 2,400 mm diameter polymer laminated corrugated steel pipe culvert by open excavation on Highway No. 23 near Carrot River, Saskatchewan. The work includes excavation, supply of materials such as granular base course, asphalt concrete, riprap, and erosion control materials, and installation of the culvert over a length of 85 meters. The project is expected to start as early as August 2026 and be completed by October 31, 2026. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.
