Without this limited source there will be an unreasonable constraint in the Agency’s ability to execute the projects to within the ROICC’s Area of Responsibility for FY26 and FY27, which will lead to significantly delaying or canceling various required renovation, repair, electrical and other minor construction projects, which in turn will compromise mission readiness, diminish airfield safety and capabilities, and will delay the availability of required facilities to support the combat missions originating from ROICC Contracting Department.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Construction projects to be performed will primarily consist of general building type projects (renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work, and any necessary design) including: road repair; pavement repair; building renovation; roofing; excavation; emergency repairs; providing new finishes on the interior of buildings; water lines and gas line construction and repair; all utility repairs including sanitary sewer and storm drainage; all fire protection repairs, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction for Department of War activities in Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and areas managed by NAVFAC EURAFCENT.
