This is a reissue of 140F0S26Q0038, which could not be amended due to system limitations, read the requirements for submission of a complete quote package at the bottom and in the packet223,000 each - 12mm Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) TagsSee solicitation packet for specifications and delivery locations.Manufacturer must be able to provide independent lab test results showing compliance with the Columbia River Basin standard tag specifications as described in the CPTE, attachment 1, prior to deliveryVendors must submit a copy of testing plan and the credentials of their 3rd party testing service.NOTE: Vendors that have provided non compliant PIT tags in the past 5 years may be removed from consideration as part of a past performance evaluation.Submit your questions and response to this solicitation to Robert_Sung@ios.doi.gov with "140F0S26Q0052 / 140F0S26Q0038 PIT tags" in the subject lineVendor is required to submit:1. Vendor shall submit a copy of Test results and testing procedures with this quote.2. The tool shall be able to reload from the bulk tray directly without additional preparation of the tag besides pressing the tool onto the tag and needle unit.
