This procurement seeks a turnkey replacement of two 10-ton packaged air conditioning units for the Guam RHN X-Band Terminal, supporting mission-critical cooling for the 78th Signal Battalion and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Southwest Sector - W6QK ACC-APG Contracting Center, ITEC4 Contracting Center - 78th Signal Battalion, NCTS / RHN Guam X-Band Terminal - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) 10-ton packaged air conditioning units - Must provide N+1 redundancy for mission-critical cooling - Must meet DOE Integrated Energy Efficiency Ratio (IEER) standards - Must use EPA-approved refrigerant (R-410A or equivalent) - Require corrosion-resistant coating, digital scroll compressors, unit controllers, and non-fused disconnect switch - Two-year warranty required - Turnkey services including: - Project management - Decommissioning, removal, and EPA/Guam-compliant disposal of legacy units - Installation, electrical/mechanical integration, ductwork modifications, refrigerant line installation - Testing, commissioning, and on-site training - Final documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, disposal certificates, project schedule) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with DOE efficiency and environmental standards - Use of EPA-approved refrigerant and environmentally compliant disposal - On-site training and comprehensive documentation required - Project schedule and delivery lead times must be provided - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; the requirement is open to any manufacturer meeting the technical specifications.
