Install a new rooftop unit appropriately sized for the building’s cooling and heating needs. Replace Roof Top Units on Medical Building Remove the two existing Trane package rooftop units from the 2,400 SF Medical Building. Install a new rooftop unit appropriately sized for the building’s cooling and heating needs. Replace Package Vertical Mounted Unit on Admin Building: Remove the existing Bard package unit from the 2,400 SF Dental Building. Install a new vertical mounted packaged unit appropriately sized for the building’s cooling and heating needs. Replace Package Vertical Mounted Units on Dental Building: Remove the two existing Bard package units from the 2,400 SF Dental Building. Install a new vertical mounted packaged unit appropriately sized for the building’s cooling and heating needs.
