The U.S. Air Force's 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to replace a broken water flow meter at Facility 1711 (Well 12). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 99th Civil Engineer Squadron (99 CES), Nellis Air Force Base - Contracting office: Nellis AFB - OEMs and Vendors: - McCrometer (OEM for the specified flow meter) - Products/Services Requested: - McCrometer flanged propeller meter with indicator-totalizer or FlowCom register (Model L0234-10 or approved equivalent) - Quantity: 1 - Must display gallons per minute and total usage in gallons - Installation and replacement service for the water flow meter - Includes all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, administration, supervision, and testing - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Approved equivalents to McCrometer meter are acceptable - One-year warranty on parts and labor - Compliance with safety, environmental, and security requirements - Testing and operational checks required with 99 CES Representative present - Small business set-aside under NAICS 237110 - Period of Performance: - 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed or contract award
