The U.S. Air Force, 377th Medical Group at Kirtland Air Force Base, is seeking a contractor for comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 377th Medical Group, Kirtland Air Force Base - Services Requested: - Full-scope grounds maintenance for the 377th Medical Group facilities - Tasks include pruning, edging, weed control, tree maintenance, native turf and shrub management, gravel area upkeep, trash removal, and fall clean-up - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on quality control, environmental compliance, hazardous material management, and safety - Contractor must submit schedules and quality control plans, and respond to performance evaluations - Adherence to federal, state, and local regulations is required - Services to be performed during normal duty hours - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation

Description

The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at 377th Medical Group, Kirtland AFB  in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Areas maps and workloads depicting the service described in this PWS are identified in the Appendices.
