The Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Healthcare System is seeking comprehensive hazardous waste disposal services for its Portland and Vancouver campuses. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Healthcare System - NCO 20 Network Contracting Office - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive hazardous waste removal, packaging, transportation, and disposal - Weekly chemical pickups, quarterly hazardous waste pickups - Spill cleanup and emergency response - Lab pack services and documentation - Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations - Products/Line Items Requested: - Multiple hazardous waste types and container sizes, including: - Alcohols/Acetonitrile in 55, 30, 15, and 5 gallon drums - Compressed gas cylinders (propane, calibration gases, flammable/inert gases) in various tank sizes - Used oil, oily rags, and cleanup debris in 55, 30, and 15 gallon drums - Miscellaneous flammable liquids/solids for incineration in 55, 30, 15, and 5 gallon drums - Aerosols, poison/toxic waste, corrosive waste, oxidizers, reactive waste, universal waste (batteries), caustic waste, mercury waste, hazardous pharmaceutical waste, and dual waste in various containers - RCRA black pharmaceutical containers (empty, new) in multiple bin and drum sizes - Monthly pick fees and mobilization fees for both campuses - Quantities: - Detailed quantities for each waste type and container size (e.g., 30 x 55-gallon drums of alcohols/acetonitrile, 140 x 18-gallon bins of hazardous pharmaceutical waste, 80 x 18-gallon RCRA black pharmaceutical containers) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Vendors and subcontractors must demonstrate past performance in hazardous waste disposal - Services must include emergency response and spill cleanup - Contract includes a base year plus four option years - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

Portland VAHCS, (Portland and Vancouver Campuses) require Hazardous Waste disposal service IAW the Statement of Work, and Price Cost Schedule. Vendors (and sub-contractors if used) must have past performance in hazardous waste disposal service.  This is set-aside for SDVOSB concerns.
