Portland VAHCS, (Portland and Vancouver Campuses) require Hazardous Waste disposal service IAW the Statement of Work, and Price Cost Schedule. Vendors (and sub-contractors if used) must have past performance in hazardous waste disposal service.  This is set-aside for SDVOSB concerns.
