This opportunity is for comprehensive transportation services at the USAGM Kuwait Transmitting Station. - Government Buyer: - United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts, Kuwait Transmitting Station - Scope of Services: - Staff transportation via shuttle bus for day, mid, and night shifts - Dedicated Foreign Service Officer (FSO) transportation using two full-size SUVs - All operational costs included: labor, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and insurance - Transition-in services required for the first ten days after award - Products/Services Requested: - 12 months of service per line item, for each shift and vehicle, across a base year and four option years (total up to 5 years) - Part numbers for each service year and shift (e.g., 0001, 1001, etc.) - Pickup locations include the US Embassy and Salmiya - Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be maintained and compliant with Kuwait laws - Drivers must meet qualification standards - Contractor must provide quality control and demonstrate past performance - No specific OEMs or vehicle brands are mandated, but full-size SUVs and passenger buses are required - Payment is based on actual services performed at firm-fixed prices

Description

Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Staff Transportation Services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW).
