The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) WOLF, under the Department of the Navy, is soliciting quotes for connectors and flexible conduit to repair Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) assemblies on U.S. Navy ships. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Ship & Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division - Products/Services Requested: - Flexible conduit (1/2 inch and 3/4 inch nominal ID) - 100 units of 1/2 inch conduit - 170 units of 3/4 inch conduit - Stainless steel assemblies for connecting stuffing tubes and threaded equipment to flexible conduit - Assemblies for B, C, and D size stuffing tubes to 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch conduit (straight and 90-degree sweep) - Assemblies for male tapered pipe threads (1/2-14 NPT, 3/4-14 NPT, 1-11 1/2 NPT) to 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch conduit (straight and 90-degree sweep) - Quantities per line item range from 8 to 25 units - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All materials must be NAVSEA-MIL-PRF-24758A(SH) approved and meet NAVSEA certification standards - Delivery is FOB destination to St. Inigoes, MD - All items must be delivered before the specified deadline - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all products must comply with military and NAVSEA standards - Technical documentation (data sheets, drawings, or specifications) must be provided for evaluation

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Gabrielle McKee at gabrielle.l.mckee2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time on 07/16/2026. Solicitation N0042126Q11480002 is issued as a small business set aside procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made based on lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
