Land Bd. - 305 - OEM Requirement: - Steelcase is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); no brand substitutions are allowed - Vendors: - Only Steelcase products are specified; contractors must be able to supply and install Steelcase furniture - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive range of Steelcase office furniture, including: - Modular workstations and systems furniture (e.g., Kick System, Ology Height Adjustable Tables, fixed laminate work surfaces) - Bookcases, credenzas, desks, tables, filing systems, custom office furniture, hutches, key storage cabinets, lockers - Conference room and breakroom furniture (e.g., conference tables, stacking/nesting tables, task and guest chairs) - Accessories such as lamps, wire managers, mobile pedestals, overhead storage, wardrobes - Furniture installation and reconfiguration services for all specified suites - Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to Steelcase brand; no substitutions permitted - OSHA compliance and warranty provisions required - All labor, materials, and installation must be provided by the contractor - 1% Veteran-Owned Historically Underutilized Business (VetHUB) subcontracting goal - ADA compliance for mobile pedestals as needed - Contract term through August 31, 2027, with possible extensions up to five years - Estimated contract value: $1,320,700
