This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine small business sources capable of providing Special Needs Transportation services per this notice under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). Small business size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code (PSC) is J041 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.) BACKGROUND: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. POTENTIAL SCOPE OF WORK:
Replacement of tube-and shell heat exchangers. Replacement of steam coils and steam traps in multiple patient care areas. Replacement of glycol pump skid and associated piping. Replacement of isolation valves, control valves, actuators, and related controls. Fan repairs, bearing replacement, shaft inspection, balancing, and welding repairs. Cross-connection investigation of domestic hot and cold-water systems and development of corrective recommendations. Integration of new HVAC equipment with the existing BAS/BMS. Functional testing, startup, commissioning, balancing, leak testing, insulation restoration, and system verification.
POTENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE:
The Contractor shall provide qualified persons that are licensed journeyman or master electricians in the state of Nebraska.
