The Indian Health Service (IHS), part of the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking to procure a comprehensive suite of Cisco network hardware, software, and support services for multiple locations. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of Health and Human Services - OEM Highlight: - All products and services must be Cisco brand; no substitutions are permitted - Vendors: - Only Cisco is specified as the OEM; procurement is a Buy Indian Set-aside for IT Value Added Resellers - Products Requested: - Cisco C8300, C8200, 8100, and 8200L Series Secure Routers (various models and configurations) - Cisco CW9800L Wireless Controllers - Cisco Wireless 9174I access points (50 units) - Accessories: memory modules, power supplies, rack mount kits, blanking panels, cables, SFP modules, and RFID tags - Software and licenses: Cisco OS Essentials, IOS XE, SD-WAN Advantage Licenses, ThousandEyes WAN Insights, Cisco Wireless and Spaces Advantage Licenses - Services Requested: - Multi-year (up to 60 months) Cisco support and maintenance contracts for all major hardware - Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) subscription and support (36 months, 100 licenses) - Embedded software and network product support - Notable Requirements: - Strictly Cisco brand-name only; no equivalents or substitutions allowed - Delivery required within 60 days after order - Some service and subscription terms extend up to 60 months - Quantities range from 1 to 50 units per item, with detailed part numbers provided - Includes both perpetual and subscription-based software/licenses

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to make a single firm-fixed price award.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for brand-name Cisco equipment and associated components. This requirement is brand-name only.

The solicitation is a Buy Indian Set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 Other Computer Related Services-Information Technology Value Added Resellers with an associated small business size standard of 150 employees.

The Contractor shall deliver, package, and ship the Products in the quantities and in accordance with the specifications set forth in the “Statement of Work” and “Bill of Materials”. For more details see attachments A and B.
