Tyndall Air Force Base, under the U.S. Air Force, is seeking information from vendors for the potential procurement of three new, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) street-legal Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Tyndall Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) new, current-year model street-legal all-terrain UTVs - Must be COTS, with factory-installed or OEM-approved accessories - Seating for at least 3 adults - Cargo box capacity: minimum 600 lbs - Total payload capacity: minimum 1,200 lbs - On-demand 4WD with selectable 2WD - Minimum 500cc gasoline/diesel engine or equivalent electric powertrain (at least 30 HP) - Towing capacity: minimum 4,000 lbs - Minimum 10 inches ground clearance - Capable of at least 45 mph - Street-legal safety features: lighting, mirrors, windshield, doors, ROPS, three-point seat belts, horn, reverse backup alarm, illuminated rear license plate bracket - Delivered fully assembled, serviced, fueled, and ready for operation - Includes 1-year limited powertrain and chassis warranty - Two sets of operator and maintenance manuals per vehicle - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be new, current-year models - All accessories must be factory-installed or OEM-approved - Strict adherence to detailed technical and safety specifications - Delivery must be F.O.B. Destination, fully operational upon arrival - Vendors must provide detailed product specifications, including make, model, and specification sheets - No specific OEMs, models, or part numbers are named in the solicitation - This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes; no purchase is guaranteed at this stage

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB is seeking vendors capable of providing three (3) UTVs in accordance with the Salient Characteristics. To be considered capable, the proposed UTV(s) must meet all specifications outlined in the Salient Characteristics. Responses to this RFI must be submitted via email to SSgt. Sean Maguire at sean-austin.maguire@us.af.mil no later than 1 PM CDT on 17 July 2026

Please include the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number and email address. 2. Unique Entity ID, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.
