Description
This is a COMBINED PRESOLICITATION NOTICE/SOLICITATION for commercial services and is conducted in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Government will utilize competitive negotiated procedures consistent with FAR Subpart 12.2, including best value. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
The reference number is N0018926QB102. The NAICS code is 611430: Professional and Management Development Training, and the Small Business Standard is $15M. Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) is in need of contractor services to provide Suicide Prevention Training services in support of the Department of the Navy Office of Force Resiliency (DON OFR). A contractor is needed to provide the necessary curriculum, with applicable updates, and the development and implementation of support services to deliver, refine, and transition a comprehensive resilience skills training program for the DON. These services represent the minimum requirements of the Government. The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. This proposed acquisition is being solicitated on a sole source basis to SafeSide Prevention, LLC.
