Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue a limited exclusion order barring entry of certain electronic eyewear products, components thereof, and related charging apparatuses by or on behalf of respondent MyW Technology Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, China. Additionally, a cease and desist order has been issued against the Defaulting Respondent. The investigation related to Investigation No. 337-TA-1455 has been terminated following these remedial actions.
