The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking contracted logistic support for its NATO fleet of Renault trucks and trailers. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), Southern Operating Centre - OEMs and Vendors: - Primary OEM: Renault - Additional equipment from: EMPL, GSI Inc, NUCLEO, DOLL, GRUPEL, GLORIA, SCHMITZ GOTHA, PAGE EUROPA - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive and corrective maintenance for Renault Kerax (4x4, 6x6, 8x8) and Sherpa trucks (various models) - Annual maintenance for trailers from multiple manufacturers - Supply of OEM and approved spare parts - Healthy checks and vehicle inspections (on-site and at dealer) - Repair services (labor, parts, battery, tire replacement) - Miscellaneous services for unforeseen circumstances - OEM and technical training sessions - Provision of technical expertise - Travel expenses related to support services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractors and subcontractors must hold ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) quality certification - Use of OEM-certified service providers is mandatory - Compliance with detailed technical and quality assurance standards - Ability to provide services across multiple NATO locations - Contract structured for call-off purchase orders with firm and fixed rates; spares reimbursed at cost plus handling charges

Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of contracted logistic support services to the NATO fleet of Renault trucks and trailers.
