Description

This solicitation is for the provision of a modern, modular Level D Full Flight Simulator (FFS) for the NE-3A aircraft, to be used by NATO for training flight crews including pilots, co-pilots, and flight engineers. The simulator must be located within Germany, near the E-3A Main Operating Base, and meet or exceed the capabilities of the legacy FFS. The contractor is required to provide validation data and qualification test guides in accordance with EASA standards. Additional services include a proposed two-year maintenance plan and the facility housing the simulator will be rented by NATO.
