The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing JLTV Overhead Protection Gunner Kits in accordance with the attached Statement of Work document.

Response Guidlines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POCs not later than Monday, 20 July 2026 by 13:30 London Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged.

*This RFI (Request for Information) notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identify potential sources. This notice does NOT serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. No pricing information is being requested at this time.

Request Information: The following is requested from interested companies:

1. Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the described JLTV Overhead Protection Gunner Kits. If there are any conditions that prevent your company from providing a quote should a formal solicitation be issued, please provide further details to assist in market research.

2. Please provide descriptive literature commonly provided ot the general public, if possible.

3. Identify your firm's information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)).

4. Identify the appropriate number of calendar days required to respond to an Request for Quote (RFQ).
