The City of Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide construction management services for the Pedestrian Crossing at R Street and 29th/30th Streets project. The consultant will serve as the City's Resident Engineer and provide staff for project inspection, materials testing, contract administration, quality control, construction staking, safety, storm water quality, claims mitigation, document control, and overall construction management.
